This recurrent issue severely hampers their production capabilities. Recognizing this, the client contemplated integrating a biomass boiler to serve as a supplementary heating source.
II. Resolution:
In alignment with the client's specific operational conditions and requirements, ZOZEN Boiler proposed a 15 tons/hour biomass boiler. This boiler is intended to function as a supplementary heating source during instances when the natural gas pressure proves inadequate.
This proposed biomass boiler is a proprietary design of the ZOZEN DZL series, bearing the patent number ZL202021166009.7. The DZL series primarily addresses challenges like regular boiler downtimes and ash extraction. Additionally, it touts benefits such as its versatility in fuel compatibility, superior thermal efficiency, and straightforward on-site installation.
