I. Project Background:
Zhejiang Dinson Holding Co., Ltd. owns a 5000-hectare large-scale Chrome Ore area in Zimbabwe, and has built a standard modern ferrochrome smelter in Zimbabwe. With a total investment of 75 million US dollars and an annual output of 150000 tons, the smelter takes a leading role in Zimbabwe’s high-carbon ferrochrome industry. Zhejiang Dinson Holding Co., Ltd. finally selected ZOZEN Boiler as the boiler supplier of Zimbabwe smelter.
II. Solutions:
ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler is a horizontal three-return water and fire tube chain grate boiler. It adopts unique structural design to ensure the safety and stability of boiler operation.
At the same time, the boiler uses the high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tube to enhance the heat transfer effect. The heat transfer coefficient is higher than that of a common smoke tube. The boiler thermal efficiency is tested to reach over 82%.
