I. Project Background:
Efor Inc. was founded in 1998 in Ankara, Turkey. It is a well-known local construction company. Efor undertakes a local power generation project in Turkey and needs to purchase a set of biomass-fired steam boiler for the project.
II. Solutions:
ZOZEN Boiler provides Efor with a set of SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler. The boiler can burn biomass fuels such as biomass molding granules, wood chip, corn cob, saw dust and so on, which can effectively relieve environmental pressure and optimize the energy structure. At the same time, ZOZEN Boiler simulates according to the different kinds of biomass fuels, to let the boiler adjust the proportion of primary air and secondary air reasonably to realize the full combustion and to improve the thermal efficiency up to 88%.
ZOZEN SZL series steam boiler adopts the horizontal double-drum vertical chain grate structure, the former part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, it effectively prevents the erosion and radiation of high-temperature flue gas to the furnace and changes the traditional structure of the furnace water wall of the original industrial boiler, to obtain a longer service life.
