I. Project Background:
Agriculture is the most important part of Serbia’s economy. Thanks to its unique geographical location and climatic conditions, Serbia is rich in various fruits and vegetables. Lipkom Doo, which cooperates with ZOZEN Boiler this time, is a local agricultural product enterprise specializing in the production and sale of fresh, frozen fruits, vegetables and dried fruits in Serbia.
LIPKOM DOO uses a low-temperature drying technology to process frozen fruits, vegetables and dried fruits. As the important drying equipment in this process, the stable heat output from the boiler has a direct impact on the product quality.
II. Solutions:
According to the customer's production process, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the DZL series coal-fired hot water boiler system. The DZL series boiler is a kind of package boiler, it has the advantages of compact structure, small foot space and long service life. The boiler can be debugged and run by installing some accessories, the whole installation period is shortened to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
DZL series chain grate boiler has reasonable arrangement of furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface. It adopts the threaded smoke tube, which is an efficient heat transfer element developed by ZOZEN Boiler, to strengthen the heat transfer effect, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 82%.
